When it came to the electrical and installation team, that same family feel continued. They gave their input as asked and we picked the right spot on our patio for it to sit. I received an in depth walk through on how everything worked and how to maintain it. They even wrote on the bottles how and when to use it, super helpful!!

It is a pleasure to write a five-star review for Alcoe. We were looking to purchase a swim spa. We decided to check out Alcoe because of the fact that the family-owned business has been around since 1959. The minute we walked in, Steven made us feel completely at home. He showed us a swim spa, gave us information, and answered questions without pressuring us in any way. We knew when we left that if we purchased a swim spa that it would be from Alcoe. Next, Brad and his team came to our house to look things over. It became very clear that this team of experts knew exactly where the spa should be placed, how the electricity should be run, and how the swim spa would be lifted over the house and put in place.

The fact that this business has been family owned since l959 told us that it must be a quality business. This fact has proven very true. The team arrived on the day of installation and moved like a well-oiled machine. They knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. The kids across the street were completely mesmerized by the crane lifting the spa over our house (actually so were we!). Once the spa was in place, the team got everything expertly connected. The water guy arrived and filled the spa, and we were ready to go in a few short hours. Ken explained everything to us in detail with a great amount of patience.

We have had the spa for a several weeks now and are completely satisfied with the entire experience and with the swim spa. The swim spa-oh my-what a treasure! The spa is top-quality and easy to maintain. Both my husband and I have used it every day to exercise and our grandkids have played in it several times. We know that Brad is a phone call away if we have questions or run into any trouble. There is something special about this business. It is nice to be able to trust a local business owned by quality local people and who employ quality employees. As far as we are concerned, Alcoe is the only place you should shop for hot tubs, swim spas, and any of their other products.

"As far as the product is concerned, we couldn't be more impressed with the Optima Series 880. No chlorine is used so it leaves you with soft skin and no smell that requires you to have to go straight to the shower. Even without the chlorine our water is clear and clean. The steps and cover are amazing quality.
